Why I built this: Built to support solo tabletop play with a lightweight browser-based tool for map notes, token tracking, and scorekeeping.

Overview

TTRPG Notepad is a responsive browser-based utility for solo tabletop roleplaying workflows. Inspired by single-player systems such as those by Anna Blackwell, it was designed to support in-session note-taking, simple map drawing, token tracking, and scorekeeping in one lightweight interface.

The project focuses on practical session support rather than broad campaign management. Delivered as a PWA, it aims to provide a repeatable, app-like browser workflow for solo play across desktop and mobile devices.

Installation

# clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/ttrpg-notepad.git

# enter the project directory
cd ttrpg-notepad

# install dependencies
npm install

# start the development server
npm run dev
