Why I built this: Built to support real parking operations with mobile-friendly payment flows, enforcement search, and realtime lot visibility in a single browser-based workflow.
Overview
Parking Lot QR App is a larger-scope parking operations PWA built to support both customer payments and operational enforcement workflows. It combines QR-based payment flows, realtime lot visibility, and staff-facing search tools in a browser-based interface designed for practical day-to-day use.
The app integrates Stripe for payments, Firebase and Firestore for data handling and realtime views, and additional operational features such as fuzzy plate search, “plates on lot” lookup, GoDaddy POS support, and ALPR-related workflows. It represents a substantial AI-assisted development effort with ongoing iteration and expansion.
