Why I built this: Built to make Anki-style study content more portable and approachable in the browser by transforming packaged flashcard data and media into a responsive local-first web experience.

Overview

Anki Memory Game is a responsive browser-based study app that transforms Anki-style packaged content into a flashcard and memory-game workflow. Instead of depending on a traditional desktop study flow, the app focuses on making study material usable in a client-side PWA format that works well across devices.

The project involved processing SQLite-backed data and bundled media assets in the browser, then presenting the results through a responsive interface designed for lightweight studying and memory practice. It was built as a weekend AI-assisted project using Next.js, Tailwind, and local-first web app patterns.
